Circle Care Clinic LLC ("Circle Care", "we", "our", "us") is a Dubai Health Authority (DHA) licensed medical clinic operating in the UAE. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal and health information in accordance with the UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection and DHA regulations.

- Personal identification: name, Emirates ID, date of birth, nationality
- Contact details: phone number, email address, home address
- Medical history, diagnoses, prescriptions, and treatment records
- Insurance information and payment details
- Appointment history and clinical notes

3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide medical care and coordinate treatment between our specialists
- To schedule and manage your appointments
- To process insurance claims and payments
- To comply with DHA reporting and regulatory obligations

4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with: other treating physicians within Circle Care on a need-to-know basis; insurance providers for claims processing; DHA and other regulatory authorities when legally required; and third-party service providers (e.g. laboratory or imaging services) who are contractually bound to protect your data.
5. Data Retention
Medical records are retained for a minimum of 10 years from the last date of treatment, or 10 years after a minor patient reaches adulthood, in accordance with DHA requirements. Other personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected.

Under UAE data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data held by us
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office
